Quantum Swimming update v6.1.25090.0

Update to Quantum Swimming software that is needed if you want to use the Quantum Swimify DH protocol to send data between Quantum and Swimify/WinGrodan 2.

If you get a message that a newer version of DRC libraries are required to install this update then you must instead download and install the full Quantum version from the link below and then install this update after you have installed the full version (including the DRC libraries).
